Our simple application form takes just minutes to complete (maybe a little longer if you're not a speedy typer). We only ask for information which will help us make a speedy decision and process your loan responsibly. All your information is securely processed and stored in line with our Privacy Policy.

Instant Offer

As long as you meet all our standard criteria, we'll be able to make you an instant offer (subject to verification) online.

To keep things easy, we'll set out how much we can lend you based on the information you provided and what your repayments will be. You can then sign your loan contract accepting this offer online with an electronic signature made up of some of the details you provided and an SMS code which is sent straight to the cell phone number you put down in the application. Before we can complete your loan, you will need to print, sign and send us back the Direct Debit Form attached to the contract

This means that, unless there's a big difference between the information you give us and the information we verify, you don't need to hang around waiting for a contract once we completed all our checks.

This means that we will verify all the information you give us to check we’re not putting you at risk of financial hardship.

Getting the Cash to You, Fast!

We understand that one of the many reasons you chose to use handyCASH is probably our same day payment service.

We make our fast track payments every three hours (during banking times). Our set up with the bank means that these payments are lodged with their same day service which means that (again during normal banking hours) you should receive funds in your account the same day you are approved. If you are approved outside of normal banking hours (which is possible due to our extended opening times) then your payment will be made on the next business day.

Repaying the Loan

We've lent you money when you needed it so it's only fair you pay us back when you agreed!

Still, we want to make it simple for you and we know how easy it is to forget.

For that reason, we set up all scheduled loan payments via direct debit. All you need to do is make sure there's enough money in your account on the agreed dates.

Once you've repaid, you'll be eligible to borrow again as a returning customer.

Returning Customers

As a returning customer with a good payment history, you'll be able to borrow more as long as it's still affordable.

Requesting a further loan is even easier than your first loan – we don't need as much information (we already know who you are and your details) and we only need to recheck your details every 120 days or if your circumstances change.
